Deadline is over and we announce finalists. YeniCeri excluded from final, so we have 3 places.

1st place wins Doge Spartan from B-S!
2nd place gains Rey Alexigogo from CdC
3rd place recieves Sultan Zibi from B-S

Also Spartan wins additional prize as most effective commander, he got 288+44=332 scores.
