Administrator's rules :
1 . Administrator must to organize tournament .
2 . Look for all participants of tournament observe the rules of the tournament .
3 . Making post in the general forum of tournament about match results .
4 . Making conferences with members of tournaments .
5 . Together with judges of tournament making decide about participants who violates the rules .
6 . Help participants fix time for match .
7 . Help participants find better graphic option for match.
8 . Look for tournament timetable .
9 . At the tournament time administrator can not make open vote , just can make private vote
10 . Administrator can excluded participant from tournament :
A) If participant of tournament violating the rules of the tournament ;
B) For inappropriate behavior ;
C) For abuse another member of tournament ,judge or administrator ;
D) If participant of tournament not play match about for 10 days ;
E) If participant of tournament use cheats and mods a time of tournament ;
F) If administrator finds that the account party's tournament uses a different person. The participant will be disqualified from the tournament.
G) One player can not use some steam acounts ( use some names ) to play tournament . If administrator finds that one from tournament members violetes this rules . This player left tournament .
H) If player ignore judgment decide .
11. If administrator of tournament play tournament he can not make decision about incident by self , decision can be make by judgment .
12. Administrator must give secret password to members for new round match.
13. If administaror play tournament he can play matches in no particular order.
14. If players can not decide who choose clan first , administrator make t-o-s-s.
15. If two opponent have bug in the match .They must with administrator change graphic option . If bug come again administrator determines the player because there is a bug ( administrator can play with each opponents some turns ).
16. If administrator play tournament he can not make t-o-s-s of own matches .
17. Administrator must know rules of tournament , judges rules , administrator's rules well .
