Rules of MP session :

- Starting and joining rules:
Late joiners need to have their selection approved by the Head of Session.
Minor edits regarding COA, character and dynasty name and maybe some char stats only after their 1st completed session.
Players knows as responsible attenders of previous campaigns can ask for edits in advance, but they will be highly despised if they don't show up.
General Rules :
1. All players together create schedule of mp session use GMT + 0 time .
2. MP Session beginning in 867 and end in 1443 years ( or by players agreement ) .
3. Prohibited change character at time of join host .
4. Each player choose a character - count which by duke ( chief , king , Emperor ) control .
5. Player can choose to play offensive pagan character if other player agree ( he must ask about it other players agreement ).
6. if player can not continue match by schedule , then nobody take his character to play .
7. Anytime by players agreement can join to mp session new player like count
8. if player was defeat he can join this session as new count .
9. At time when players make war with each other , other players can join to war between players just by allaince right . without alliance prohibited join to war between players .
10. Prohibited take back vassals title without right to to this .
11. Game speed 2xd or 1xd , 1xd if there is a big PVP war ,Pausing: 30 sec pause is okay on succession or upon gaining heluva land, longer pauses must be justified (not for fine tuning of your domain).
12. Players can replace each other play like 1 character by own agreement .
13. when session hold , hoster must save session and send save to forum .
14. Players can kill each other just by plots
15. Prohibited illegally revoke the land from vassals and their heirs.
16. Prohibited illegally imprison vassals and theyir heirs
17. Max personal demesne size 20 ( just counts titles , no cities ,no church) , Max 2 dukes titles .
18. If the Pope becomes your vassal for any reason he must be granted independence immediately.
19. If you are a Truce Breaker already you cannot break truces anymore.
Gameplay rules:
Character termination rules:
Killing a character by Diplo Assassination, or by Leading or Joining a kill plot is considered character termination.
You can diplo assassinate only unlanded characters in your own court.
No one can terminate:
a. player character, his wife, his dynastic heir, his 3 oldest living dynastic sons.
b. members of a player dynasty if the total living members count is 20 or less.
c. independent AI ruler or AI liege of a player if that char hasnt ruled for 7 consecutive years yet.
After a player joins or rejoins the campaign he can't terminate anyone for 15 years .
Execution of prisoners is allowed without any restrictions.
Liege vs vassal:
New joiners or rejoiners can't swear vassalage to any player for 25 years.
A player can't swear vassalage to another player unless the would be vassal directly borders 3 players.
Players cant vassalize AI they granted independence before.
If a player becomes a vassal of another player he gets 7 years of grace period when his player liege can't do him any unjustified harm. During this period if he is of Ducal or lower level he is entitled to get independence when required. After that period any attrocities are allowed.
No vassal (both AI and PC) banishment at all.
Nobody can imprison without a justified reason: a player, his dynastic heir, his wife and his 3 oldest living dynastic sons.
Vassals can't be leaders of a faction if they dont actually want to press the demands.
Waging wars:
In all wars if the defending player offers his surrender the attacking player must accept it.
Exception: If the war allows the attacker to gain extra counties by occupying them then he is entitled to occupy 50% of the defender's counties before accepting the surrender.
If the war lasts for more than 10 years the defender must accept attackers surrender if it's offered.
You can't press claims of anyone you landed, except for your dynasty members, your spouse and your antipope.
Player can't have any land armies risen when declaring war on another player or when declaring war on AI for player owned land. Retinues must be on their own territory.
Players joining a war against another player or against AI for player controlled land can't have any land armies risen. Retinues must be on their own territory. Covers joining by any means.
.. so no funnies of the type "I DoW you now and my vassals and allies have all their mercs and levies boarded next to your capital already."
Truces with players must be honoured.
Players cant DoW an AI for player vassal lands if the AI is being attacked by a player already.
Players cant DoW an AI they granted independence before.
No embargo on a republic not having TPs on your territory.
Players cannot take the last piece of land from an AI if the AI still has troops risen.
Players cannot loot a player who is in a PVP war unless they are his enemies in that war.
Looter players are not allowed to actively attack armies of the player they loot unless they are at war with him or he is crossing their realm.
3 Holy Wars per ruler allowed. Player declared Jihad or Great Holy War counts as a single HW.
1 muslim invasion per 50 years allowed. Minimum score of 1000 Piety and 1500 Prestige required to declare one.
1 christian invasion per 100 years allowed. Minimum score of 1000 Piety and 1500 Prestige required to declare one.
1 tribal (horde) invasion per 100 years allowed. Minimum score of 1000 Piety and 1500 Prestige required to declare one.
1 prepared (Norse) invasion per ruler.
1 Crusade, Jihad or Great Holy War per ruler.
Inconclusive wars and unsuccessful invasions don't count towards the limit.
Holy War for territory you already held in the past are considered reconquista and they don't count towards the limit.
Holy Orders in wars for a player's land can be employed only by the defender.
Alamo and Serious Wars :
If a player becomes a target of a serious war he is allowed to nominate one of his counties to be his Alamo.
Until the Alamo is completely occupied by any parties the attacking player is not allowed to demand the defending player surrender.
Serious war is any PVP war which (or):
a) the Attacker declares to be serious,
b) targets 20% or more of the Defender's realm,
c) takes away his primary title and/or forces him to abdicate,
d) lowers his crown authority and/or changes his succession law.
Attacker is always responsible to announce that the war he declared is serious immediately as it starts.
If and additional PVP war is declared upon the defender then all PVP wars which target that defender are immediately considered serious.
Alamo can be placed to any county which (or):
a) is the war target or belongs de iure under the war target,
b) is no further than two counties away from a),
If there are no serious wars about territory then the Alamo can be placed to any county which (or):
a) is no further than 3 counties away from common border between the defender and any attacker,
b) is no further that 3 counties away from the coast, all the way must belong to the defender.
Defender is allowed to announce his Alamo only before the war score reaches 50% in the attacker's favour.
When additional serious war is declared on the defender he can always relocate the Alamo immediately.
Fake wars and other abuses of Alamo won't be tolerated.
Target range:
Your target must border one of your counties or be in the same seazone or one seazone away.
Applies to who you can declare war upon, for what you can attack and what lands can be traded.
Baronies of all levels and Trade Posts extend range only to target the county they are in.
Vassals can consider only their own sub-realm for purposes of determining range.
You can fabricate claims just anywhere but you are of course subject to range restrictions if you actually want to press them.
If you press multiple claims at once then the planned territorial gain must be of compact shape bordering you.
No range restriction for:
a) Building Trade Posts.
b) Joining wars.
c) Pressing claims of unlanded claimants. These claimants can't be of your dynasty or be married to your dynasty or be parents of your dynasty mebers.
d) Pagan county conquest CB.
e) Invasions
f) Crusades, Jihads and Great Holy Wars.
g) Reconquista i.e. territory you held before.
Special rules:
Antipope can be created but his claim on the Papacy must be pressed immediately by the creator.
No destruction of Empire and Kingdom titles you acquire (by any means).
Ducal titles can be destroyed if there is no player dynasty claimant to them.
No removal of elective succession for Kingdom and Empire titles. Once such a title is or becomes elective it must remain so.
Players cannot join or create any succession change faction targetting an elective K or E title.
If an AI vassal of a player controls more that 1/3 (one third) of the realm he will be granted independence.
Only one vassal merchant republic per realm.
Vassal can start an invasion only if it secures him independence upon victory.
No primary title switching with levy armies and fleets risen.
No meddling with another player character's heir and/or his 1st born son. You can't invite him to your court. If this happens by negligence it must be remedied immediately. Inform the GM.
Prepared invasions - Norse:
You can't start preparing an invasion when you are at war.
You can't start or join another war when you are preparing an invasion or already invading anyone.
This is to prevent using invasion generated troops to bash other enemies.
Become King Ambition.
If you change your capital away from the de jure kingdom you started the ambition inside you can't any longer use the Subjugation CB freely. You are limited to use it only once per 10 years, as without the ambition.
Dunno whether it is bug or WAD, but as it gives kinda uncontrollable expansion I decided to restrict it.
Anti-meatshield rules (revisited):
Any realm with player vassals of size 200 and more is considered to be a meatshield and players there suffer following restrictions.
Size 200: Vassals can't declare holy wars. Vassals cannot loot.
Size 250: Vassals can't declare wars or fabricate claims outside of their or their lieges de iure scope.
Size 300: Vassals can't declare any foreign wars and can't send any troops abroad to help their lieges offensive war or a war their liege joined.
Size 350: Vassals can use troops only to defend their own territory if the liege is in any foreign war. Player liege is not allowed to move the troops and ships he rises from his player vassals outside of those vassals territory.
Victory conditions :
1. Destroy all opponents or make them vassals
2. All opponents defeat by AI
Defeat conditions :
Player consider defeat if
1. Crush own dynasty ( no heirs ) , but if character have pregnant wife before died then player have right continue play session by reload latest save .
2. Became vassal of other player . If player became vassal of AI , he can continue play
