General arbiter decide all conflict situation, date of deadline and disqualification plaers.

If conflict situation between member of the clan the general arbiter and member of another clan, Second arbiter will decide.

If conflict situation between members of Russian League, Arbitration admins members of the Russian League will decide.

Все спорные ситуации, решение о продлении дедлайна и дисквалификации игроков принимает главный арбитр.

Если спор между членом клана главного арбитра и другого клана, то решение будет принимать второй арбитр.

Если спор между игроками кланов участников Русской Лиги, то решение будет принято Арбитражем админов Русской лиги.
