#7 TWCC tournament - Multiplayer balance Mod

Hello friends.

Today we are making a tourney that will be used for testing multiplayer mod that imporves balance of all factions. Game in patch 7 is so unblanced that many people are just leaving the game. I didnt change any unit stats so u will know how units perform only diffrense is in unit sizes and some prices. So no more 4 elephants 2 chariots OP builds.
