We wait 32 teams, but сan be and more. If only 32 commands it is played on system play off, if more than 40, with a group stage.

до скольких побед надо играть в каждом матче?
и еще может хотя бы дублировать английский язык русским? это же ведь Русская Лига, а английский знают не все. а то получается что турнир сделан исключительно для иностранцев.

All depends from quantity of participants and game conditions (play off or a group stage).
To duplicate messages in Russian it is possible, but only to duplicate.

Все зависит от количество участников и условий игры (play off или групповая стадия).
Дублировать сообщения на русском языке можно, но только дублировать.
